Victoria C. Skiba

Victoria Catherine “Vickie” Skiba of Cedarburg, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on June 23, 2026, at the age of 83.

Vickie graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse and enjoyed taking care of others in a nursing home and later at an allergy clinic.

Vickie loved painting and flower arranging along with decorating the inside and outside of her house for every holiday, baking holiday cookies with Ralph to share with all her loved ones. She really enjoyed watching her grandchildren play in their sports.

Loving and caring mother to Patti (Bob), Mark (Tami), Mary Beth (Jeff), and Peggy (Tom). Loving grandmother to Rebecca (Ross), Kevin (Kim), Elizabeth (Mark), Ashley, Matthew, Amanda (Pat), Angela (Aaron), Joey (Meghin). Loving great grandmother to 11 great grandchildren. She is further survived by brother Frankie (Teri) Sanchez and nephews.

Vickie was preceded in death by her loving husband Raphael T. Skiba.

The family would like to thank Tomah Hospice Team for their care and compassion. They would also like to thank her granddaughter Angela (Aaron) for opening up their house to help care for Vickie in her final years here on earth. She will be greatly missed. Lastly, the family would like to thank all the family members who have pitched in to take care of Vickie after the passing of her husband Ralph.

A private interment will take place at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg with Father Tim Schumaker presiding.
