Terry A. Beranek

Terry A. Beranek of Fredonia passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Columbia St. Mary’s Ascension Hospital in Mequon at the age of 67. Terry was born in Milwaukee, WI on May 5, 1955. He married his wife Carrie on July 6, 1991 and they shared 31 years of love and laughter.

He served as a first lieutenant and safety officer with the Civil Air Patrol. One of his favorite aspects of this position was working the EAA and helping lead training rescue missions. He also spent time volunteering at the churches he attended for throughout his life. At various times he was an usher, greeter, Sunday School teacher, and youth leader. Terry was an avid sports fan often asking his family to participate in March Madness Brackets, NASCAR race picks, and regularly watching Brewers and Packers games.

Terry is survived by his wife, Carrie; children, Stacy Garrison, Jason, Rachel, and Paul; his sister Linda (Ken) McGarry; mother-in-law Vivian Frizzell; brother-in-law Joe (Judy) Frizzell; sister-in-law Jeanne (Larry) Brunette; beloved dogs Karmyl, Pickles, and Expresso. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Laverne (nee Jelinski) and brother Darel.

Private family services were held.
