Chappelle, Randal J. Of West Bend, April 22, 2018 age 65 yrs. Loving husband of Rita (Nee Navarro). Loving father of Wendy, Robert, Matthew and Frank. Dear brother of Jeff, Robert and Kim. Further survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Memorial service will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 – 5:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home – Cedarburg. Family will receive friends on Friday from 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM. Memorials of your choice appreciated.
