Jordan G. Polivka

Memorial services will be held for Jordan G. Polivka of Jackson on Thursday July 18, 6 PM at St. John’s Lutheran Church 2881 Division Rd. in Jackson. Family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 4 – 5:45 PM. Jordan was born in West Bend, WI on April 12, 1995 to Robert “Bob” & Jill (nee Ousterling) Polivka. Jordan graduated from West Bend East High School in June of 2013. He loved camping, cars, 4-wheel drives, boating, goose hunting, fishing, zingers, & camp fires. He developed a passion for cooking Mexican food, and his dream was to own his own Mexican restaurant. He is survived by his parents Bob & Jill of Jackson, sister; Haley of Jackson, grandparents; Dale (the late Mary Ann) Polivka of Cedarburg, Lorene (Gary) Jannes-Schoenike of Milwaukee & Larry (Ann) Ousterling of Whitefish Bay, aunts; Jean (John) Madsen of Minneapolis, MN, Gretchen (Dave) Reckhouse of Milwaukee & Bridget (Tommy) Reiter of Chippewa Falls, WI & special friend Ally Gill of Port Washington, He is further survived by other relatives and many friends.
