Glen G. Rau, of West Bend, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on November 8, 1949, in Saukville, Wisconsin, Glen's life was marked by unwavering commitment to his family and community.

Glen’s journey began in Saukville, where his early years shaped him into a man of integrity and kindness. Throughout his life, he remained steadfast in his values, nurturing bonds with those closest to him and offering a humble presence to all who knew him. Glen’s enduring loyalty and compassion were the hallmarks of his character, shining most clearly in his devotion to family. Glen was a skilled machinist at Mercury Marine for over 40 years and left an indelible mark on those who knew him and worked alongside him. Glen enjoyed camping, bowling and fishing.

He is survived by Sandra, his beloved wife, who stood by his side through 35 years of shared joys and meaningful moments. Glen’s legacy continues in his son Scott Rau and daughter-in-law Christine, as well as his daughter Ann Hanson. He found great pride and joy in his grandchildren—Alisha, Tyler, and Megan—and cherished his great-grandchildren, Kendra and Preston. Glen’s brother Alan Rau and sister-in-law Marsha also survive him, providing enduring support and companionship across the years.

Glen’s quiet strength and sincerity left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the love he spread, and the community whose lives he touched.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, W63 N527 Hanover Avenue, Cedarburg, followed by a service at 4:00 PM. Rev. Vicki Simon officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice are appreciated. 

Those who loved Glen will remember his caring heart, unwavering presence, and the steadfast love he gave so freely. He leaves behind a legacy of family and friendship that will be cherished and honored for generations to come.
