Dale Hagstrom

The Good Lord called Dale Hagstrom, a beloved husband and father, to his eternal home on March 4, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on September 4, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dale led a life marked by kindness, honesty, and a deep love for his family and friends.

As a young man, Dale proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the Army during the Korean Conflict. His commitment to service instilled in him values that he carried throughout his life—values that shaped him into the kind, loving person he was. After his military service, Dale transitioned into a fulfilling career in sales with Wisconsin Floor, where he displayed the same integrity and dedication he had shown in the Army.

Dale was a devoted father to his three daughters, Joy Hagstrom, Tammy Reisinger (Craig), and Kim Stark (Al). He is further survived by his three grandchildren Cari, Kelly, and Ryan as well as six great-grandchildren. His family was the center of his universe, and it was in the warmth of his home that he expressed his profound love. He found joy in taking care of his family, often sharing his skills as a handyman, creating not just physical structures, but also a nurturing environment filled with love and laughter.

Dale's kind spirit extended beyond his immediate family; he was a pillar in his community. Volunteering at St. Paul Church in Brown Deer brought him immense joy, allowing him to give back and connect with others in meaningful ways. His willingness to lend a helping hand or share a listening ear was a testament to his sincere desire to make the world a better place.

The family would also like to thank Janet Schmidt and Matt Pipkorn for their years of love, friendship, and caring.

Dale was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lorraine (nee Krutke), whose memory he carried in his heart. He was also greeted in heaven by his dear daughter, Joy Hagstrom, and his mother, Emily Richter.

We can rest in the peace of the knowledge of Dale’s faith in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that he believed Him when He said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.”
