Sally Balkevich

Sally Balkevich of West Bend passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 09, 2018 at Kathy Hospice at the age of 64 years. Sally was born in Vermillion, South Dakota on November 13, 1953 to the late LeRoy and Darlene (nee Eidem) Mikkelson. Sally was a passionate Registered Nurse for 43 years. Sally worked as a nursing instructor at Concordia University, MSOE school of Nursing and most recently at Bryant & Stratton College. Sally worked at the Bread of Healing Free Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She was a long time active, faithful member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Sally is survived by her children: Christopher (Christine) Balkevich of Slinger, Laura (Asher) Cocos of Cedarburg, Emily Balkevich of West Bend, Mary (Ben) Ehr of Grafton and 8 grandchildren. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 12th at 6 PM at First Immanuel Lutheran Church W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd. Cedarburg. Visitation will be held at the church from 4:00 pm to 5:45 PM.
