of SAUKVILLE. September 9, 2012 age 62 years. Loving brother of Patricia (Richard) Pertzborn & David (Susan) DeZutel. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. There will be a memorial gathering for family & friends to celebrate Jay’s life on Saturday September 15, from 1 – 5 PM at Dave & Sue’s house in Saukville.
