Ann E. Andersen

Andersen, Ann E. ( Nee Brady) was called to her heavenly home, at the age of 84, on August 6, 2018 at Alexian Village, Milwaukee, WI. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Andersen who she married on August 20,1955. Loving mother of Kristin Knapp (David Copp), Daniel (Jeanne), Timothy (Kari), and Colin (Shannon). Proud grandmother to Andrew, Colleen, Hilary, Caroline, Zoe, Lauren, Martin, and Nina. Great-grandmother to Henry and Molly. Preceded in death by her dear sister, Mary Lou (Frank) Smith. Ann was born to Edward and Adelaide Brady on March 21, 1934 in Minneapolis, MN. She attended Benilde St. Margaret’s High School and went on to graduate from Marquette University with a degree in English Literature. Ann’s love of literature remained one of her lifelong passions. Ann’s faith and devotion were the foundation upon which she built and lived her life on earth. She and Bob were long time members of St. Francis Borgia church in Cedarburg, WI. Memorial Mass will be held at Alexian Village, 7979 W Glenbrook Rd, Milwaukee, WI on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will precede mass at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or to the Lambi Fund of Haiti. “Bunnie” taught us how to love and she will remain forever in our hearts.
