		FUNERAL SERVICES At Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory we have created packages for families which simplify the decision making of the types of services that may be selected.  Within the packages are all the items needed for a traditional funeral that are supplied by Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory. You also have the choice to itemize from the price list only the services and merchandise you desire. CREMATION SERVICES At Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory we have created cremation packages for families which simplify the decision making of the types of cremation services and merchandise that the family may be interested in. Once the family decides on the type of services they would like to have, the funeral director can direct the family to the package that best fits there decision. Examples of our cremation packages are listed below. TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE WITH CREMATION, CHOICE OF CASKET AND CHOICE OF PERSONAL PERMANENT MEMORIAL: This package includes both the viewing/visitation, ceremony/service, graveside service, along with a visitor's register book, 100 memorial folders, 50 acknowledgement cards, a 30 picture video tribute, tribute candle and use of a hearse. In addition, this amount includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming, other preparation of the body, basic services of the staff, the cremation process at our facility and other automobiles necessary for the funeral (with the exception of a limousine). This amount does not include the medical examiners or coroner's fee; cash advance items or other necessary charges or fees that will be explained to you. CASH ADVANCE ITEMS ARE third party cost that we will forward for the family.  Examples of cash advances are:  Certified Death Certificates, Flowers, Death Notice or Obituary in a newspaper, Honorariums/Fees for the Minister/Priest/Church/Organist/Soloist, medical examiner's or coroner's fee, Opening and Closing of the grave/niche, Funeral Luncheon, Final Inscription of the grave marker. STANDARD CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE AND VISITATION AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHER FACILITY, A STANDARD CREMATION CONTAINER AND CHOICE OF PERSONAL PERMANENT MEMORIAL: This package includes supervision of the visitation and the memorial service, graveside service, visitor's register book, 100 memorial folders, 50 acknowledgement cards, tribute candle, and a 30 picture video tribute. In addition, this amount includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, washing and disinfecting of remains with no embalming, the cremation process, necessary authorization, basic services of the staff, other automobiles necessary for the funeral (with the exception of a limousine). This charge does not include the medical examiner or coroner's fee; cash advance items or other necessary charges or fees that will be explained to you. IMMEDIATE/DIRECT CREMATION: The charge for an immediate/direct cremation includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, washing and disinfecting of remains with no embalming, the cremation process, necessary authorization, basic services of the staff and a cardboard cremation container. This charge does not include the medical examiner or coroner's fee; cash advance items, or the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you may use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The container we provide is a cardboard container. Family will also be given the choice to choose a Personal Permanent Memorial.
