Martin W. Wilkens of Grafton, Went Home to His Lord and Savior from Horizon Hospice on June 24, 2012 at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with lymphoma. Martin was born in Port Washington, WI on April 9, 1949 the son of the late Elmer and Esther (nee Schille) Wilkens. Martin was united in marriage to Audrey (Nee Schaubs) on June 2, 1979. Martin worked as an electrician for Meer Electric and was a member of the IBEW Local 494. Martin was a long time member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Grafton. One of his favorite pass times was doing jigsaw puzzles.

Martin is survived by his wife Audrey; Son Daniel (Ashley) Wilkens and Amanda Wilkens; brother Mark (Jean) Wilkens; sisters Cheryl (Rev. Jonathan) Schultz and Ellyn Wilkens. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 27 – 6:00 PM at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Grafton. Interment will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Newburg, WI. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM. Memorials to Our Savior Lutheran Church appreciated
