Obituary:
Frank P. Buchholz of Grafton passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 10, 2012 at Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg at the age of 93 years.

Frank was born in Grafton, WI on March 27, 1919 to the late Nicholas & Barbara (nee Oberst) Buchholz and married Clarice (nee Schmidt) on October 18, 1947 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lake Church.

Frank was a lifelong active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton. He was a proud Army WWII veteran and was a past Commander of the Belgium VFW Post 5373. He was a member of the Luxembourg American Cultural Society, lifelong member of the Ozaukee Co. Historical Society; he was the Town of Grafton Building Inspector for 25 years and was also a member of the Golden Tones from the Grafton Senior Center.

He is survived by his wife Clarice (nee Schmidt) of Grafton, children; Ken (Lucy) of Shorewood, Allen (Cheri) of Cedarburg, Barb (Gary) Frank of Cedarburg, Mary (Dennis) Jaeger of Cedarburg, Pete (Mari) of Newburg, & Bill (Terri) of Grafton, grandchildren; John of Milwaukee, Paul of Claremont, CA, Bobbie (Ben) Recob of Cedarburg, Marcie (Donny) Long of Frisco, TX, Brian Frank of Grafton, Wendy Frank of Wauwatosa, Mike Jaeger of Brown Deer, David Jaeger of Grafton, Ben of Newburg, Emily of Newburg, Renee of Grafton and Matt of Grafton. He was preceded in death by his brothers Joe, Clem, Leo, & Ray, sisters Leone, Theresa Tennies, & Marie Augustin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday April 14, 11:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1619 Washington St. Grafton. Interment church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 9 – 11:15 AM. Memorials of your choice appreciated.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg for their wonderful care that Frank received.
